- Seaworld experiences are additional services. Access to these experiences requires a valid Seaworld entry ticket, which must be purchased separately.
- Please arrive at Explorer’s HQ a minimum of 15 minutes before the Expedition.
- There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
- ATMs, Prayer rooms, Baby changing and feeding facilities, smoking areas are located on the Plaza level.
- Valet parking, Lockers, and Strollers are available on extra charges at the venue itself.
- The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
- Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park
- If it's not a private tour, a group of 12 will be admitted, with the possibility of varying group sizes.
- Anyone who mistreats or fails to follow safety instructions with the animals will be promptly removed from the encounter from the Park, without compensation or refund.
