- Kindly carry a Photo ID with you as it needs to be produced at the entrance.
- Tickets can only be used once and is not subject to refund or exchange of any kind whatsoever.
- A person aged 3 to 11 years is consider as child and for children under 3 years no admission fee will be charged.
- A QR CODE is provided to each guest at the entrance. At every photostop, guests scan the code and get clicked in a gap of 5 seconds. You can click as many pictures and at the end give the QR code and your Email id to the Madame Tussauds team which will send all your shots on email id.
